General Overview
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days from the date of receipt and to request a full refund.
The withdrawal of products does not apply to products that are manufactured to order or are clearly personalized.
For this to be done, the products must be returned to the store.
It is noted that for any product return to be accepted, the item in question must not have been used, no tag or marking (e.g., stickers, brand labels, etc.) affixed to the products must have been removed.
In addition, all items must be returned in the excellent condition in which they were received, without damages, without any defect (subject to the return of a defective product), and complete. The returned product must also be accompanied by the relevant purchase documents (retail receipt or exchange card).
The returned products are your responsibility until they reach us. Make sure they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged during their transport. Any damage the product suffers during its return to us is solely your responsibility.
To avoid your own inconvenience, we recommend that you carefully check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products and the intactness of their packaging and label, in order to ascertain any obvious defects.
Returns that we receive outside the terms of our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own expense.
